Food Addiction
Eating disorders are a serious health condition, related to persistent eating behaviours that negatively impact on your health, your emotions, and on your ability to function in important areas of your life. The most common eating disorders are binge–eating, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia nervosa. Most eating disorders involve focusing too much on your weight, body shape, and food leading to dangerous eating behaviours.
